• Support Vannevar’s cross-functional growth bets and investments.

• Prepare for key external meetings and events by gathering strategic context.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication within the Mission team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in consulting or finance.
• Previous executive-level exposure via Chief of Staff-like roles.
• Proactive ownership mindset with a proven track record.
• Grit and creativity when faced with a roadblock.
• Strong, speedy written and verbal communications skills.
• East Coast location preferred.
