Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

ReGeneration is seeking a Chief of Staff who will drive organizational strategy, design and implement organizational processes, and oversee key functions including data management, advancement, external affairs, and partner relationships.

In Short

• Drive implementation of a new vision for the Home Office.
• Work with the Executive Team to implement revised communication and collaboration structures.
• Design systems for easier collaboration within the Executive Team.
• Oversee and track implementation of the strategic plan and organizational growth.
• Manage the network Data Manager and ensure timely turnaround of student testing results.
• Support the Data Manager in assessing the organization’s data needs.
• Responsible for supporting ReGeneration’s three boards.
• Manage all marketing support including internal newsletters and social media.
• Identify and submit grant applications to funders.
• Manage community outreach and advocacy efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in organizational strategy and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data management systems.
• Experience in marketing and communications.
• Ability to manage partnerships and board relationships.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising.
• Leadership experience in educational settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Cincinnati and Chicago.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
