Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

The Chief of Staff will partner with a multi-brand wellness and e-commerce company to streamline operations and support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Lead operational projects across various departments.
• Coordinate communication among marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Implement and maintain internal tools like Shopify and Airtable.
• Identify and improve broken internal processes.
• Drive forward EOS initiatives and team accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team.
• Support Shopify storefront launches and technical enhancements.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and visibility.
• Work remotely with some in-person training requirements.
• Focus on systems thinking and operational execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or similar roles.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Comfort with automation tools and technical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage initiatives from concept to outcome.
• Strong problem-solving and process design skills.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System is a plus.
• High self-direction and ownership.
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse teams.
