Overview

The Product Manager - Specialist D&Q will ensure the business processes and quality of software products at Freicon, working closely with various teams on complex tasks and projects.

In Short

• Creation of development specifications from business requirements.
• Design and implementation of functions for software product FILAKS. PLUS.
• Collaboration with the development team for integration of specifications.
• Conduct tests and analyses for quality assurance.
• Monitor and evaluate software quality through manual and automated testing.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Work closely with development, consulting, and sales teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes.
• Support key accounts and partners.

Requirements

• Degree or training in business administration, computer science, or related field.
• Ability to understand complex software products.
• Desirable: Database experience (MS-SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Legally authorized to work in Germany.
