Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a self-starting, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing activities across two fast-moving businesses in the automotive industry.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Independently create campaign ideas and content, including digital assets.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to define messaging and rollout plans.
• Set up and maintain marketing performance dashboards.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics to improve ROI.
• Develop marketing materials from scratch, including blog posts and case studies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage and improve company websites to support campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or automotive.
• Ability to take ownership of marketing from ideation to execution.
• Experience launching new products and developing GTM plans.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and marketing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Proactive and collaborative in a lean setting.
