Default Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Default Analyst, you will play a key role in the Default Asset Management department, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and compliance across critical processes.

• Manage and respond to default-related correspondence.
• Oversee daily property inspections and preservation tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors.
• Monitor loans impacted by natural disasters.
• Conduct quality control reviews across Default Asset Management functions.
• Support and gain exposure to various areas of default servicing.
• Analyze complex issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Mortgage Default Servicing experience.
• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Strong independent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
