We are seeking a Bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team, playing a crucial role in developing client projects and maintaining good client-team member relationships.

• Maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-ins.

• Generating referrals from accounts.
• Presenting new placements and onboarding clients.
• Updating databases and generating reports as needed.
