Overview

The Bilingual Client Success Manager will manage a large roster of clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and will be responsible for onboarding new clients, developing long-term relationships, and optimizing product quality and delivery.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Coachable and proactive
  • Flexible working hours
