Overview

As an Associate – Remote Channel, you will play a critical role in scaling one of Vahan’s fastest-growing channels, leading a team of Account Managers and driving monthly placement growth.

In Short

Lead a team of 5-6 Account Managers.
Drive month-on-month placement growth.
Build long-term relationships with remote Vendor Leaders.
Identify and execute new growth initiatives.
Resolve issues faced by Vendor Leaders.
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
Champion a sales-driven culture within the team.
Support the capacity and capabilities of Vendor Leaders.
Enhance operational excellence in the remote channel.
Track metrics to drive performance.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in telesales/account management.
Strong data skills for performance tracking.
Experience in resolving escalations with empathy.
Ability to build long-term customer/vendor relationships.
Passion for driving results through team ownership.
Fluency in Hindi is essential.
