In Short

• Support production of marketing materials
• Lead cross-departmental project management
• Assist with experiential marketing efforts
• Manage vendor billing and contracting
• Produce retail displays and OOH campaigns
• Manage post-production needs
• Run pre-production meetings for product launches
• Assist with production of events and partnerships
• Manage brand ambassadors and event sampling programs
• Own and refine project management processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in event production or project management
• Experience managing budgets
• Organizational excellence in fast-paced environments
• Experience with contract negotiation
• Experience using project management software (Asana preferred)
• Able to travel to events and trade shows
• Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name
