In Short

Lead a Business-Critical ERP Transformation
Own and drive the end-to-end ERP implementation
Shape how VÆRIDION operates by translating business needs into scalable system solutions
Bring together cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless implementation
Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs proactively
Ensure smooth data migration and user adoption
Drive multiple technical projects and software implementations
Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong track record of delivering ERP implementations
Solid technical understanding of ERP solutions
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus
