• Personal outreach to pickleball contacts including players and coaches.
• Host meetings with local clubs and facilities to promote Flex Leagues.
• Drive brand awareness through on-site marketing materials.
• Distribute promotional materials at local pickleball facilities.

Requirements

• Passion for pickleball and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills for outreach and promotion.
• Ability to manage and operate local events.
• Experience in marketing or event management is a plus.
