We are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Expert who will play a key role in shaping our Talent Acquisition culture, building strong partnerships with the business, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple domains.

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Expert, with at least 3 years in Fintech/Crypto/iGaming.
• Proven track record in building or scaling Talent Acquisition culture in large organizations.
• Experience as a trusted business partner with organizational understanding.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships with hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience hiring for a broad range of roles including Technical and Business functions.
• Active participation in professional communities.
• Strong skills in direct outreach to specialized talent.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency with modern ATS tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong soft skills and high standard of communication.
