Overview

The EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage and support the full payroll administration for the EMEA region, focusing primarily on the UK and Germany, while providing backup coverage for Spain, France, and US payrolls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of global payroll experience.
• Strong experience with UK payrolls; experience with Germany, France, and Spain payrolls is preferred.
• Solid understanding of UK statutory payroll regulations.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude towards process improvement.
