IT Test Automation Manager - Remote

Overview

As the IT Test Automation Manager at Ardent Mills, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability. The role is accountable for establishing and overseeing the testing process from beginning to end, leveraging testing services and automation tools.

In Short

• Implement and maintain the automated test strategy and plans.
• Configure, deploy, and manage adoption of Playwright and Selenium.
• Assist in the development of automated test scripts in Typescript.
• Recommend new tools and methodologies for productivity and quality.
• Document and demonstrate solutions to development and test teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, both manual and automated.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans and defect reports.
• Provide regular updates on test progress and quality metrics.
• Lead post-release testing reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Expertise in Typescript scripting language.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications like ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
