Overview

The Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, and providing excellent service while maintaining a professional image.

In Short

  • Answer high call volume and respond to customer requests promptly.
  • Identify and resolve issues using various applications.
  • Process insurance endorsements and payments.
  • Provide product/service information and upsell add-on products.
  • De-escalate customer complaints and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
  • Maintain performance levels and meet KPIs.
  • Must secure and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Flexible scheduling required.
  • Training for licensing is provided.
  • Work in a remote workspace with high-speed internet.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in customer service.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
  • Strong phone and soft skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to policies and procedures.
  • Team player committed to growth and development.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a safe and conducive remote workspace.
