Senior Manager, M&A Cybersecurity - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager, M&A Cybersecurity will be responsible for leading the information security risk management program and strategy, focusing on cybersecurity during acquisition and divestiture activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Information Security or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology/Information Security.
• Experience in M&A Security programs.
• 7 years leading global IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Familiarity with Risk, Security, and Audit frameworks.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• CISSP or similar certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data protection laws.
• Experience communicating with regulators and auditors.
• Proven track record in risk management and compliance.
