Overview

The Fabricator role involves various functions necessary for the fabrication of lightweight and heavy-duty industrial and agricultural belts and hoses, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

In Short

• Fabricate lightweight and heavy-duty belts and hoses.
• Perform tasks including baler production, belt sample cutting, and cleating fabrication.
• Operate mechanical equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Handle materials and perform custom fabrication tasks.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Lift and move materials as required, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Work in varying temperature conditions in the operations area.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing safety footwear and eyewear.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Basic math skills for industrial measurements.
• Experience in operating mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.
• Safety awareness in handling tools and equipment.
