Overview

The Fabrication Manager at Wasserman Live is responsible for ensuring successful event builds that meet budget and safety standards while collaborating with various teams to exceed client expectations.

In Short

• Manage event builds ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams.
• Attend daily production meetings.
• Create build schedules and develop event ideas.
• Update internal systems with project workloads.
• Provide leadership and support for various tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Work with tradesmen and coordinate onsite activities.
• Prepare build drawings for team use.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients.

Requirements

• Experience in event and exhibition build management.
• Strong communication and timekeeping skills.
• Comfortable with manual lifting and working at heights.
• CAD understanding preferred.
• Knowledge of event build systems and carpentry skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Health and Safety training (CSCS and IPAF desirable).
• Clean driving license required.
• Forklift license desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
