Overview

The Heavy Duty Specialist role involves managing supply chain operations within customer facilities, ensuring high levels of customer service, and handling inventory and delivery tasks.

In Short

• Provide outstanding customer service to partners and customers.
• Process electronic part requests using IBS HUB system.
• Locate assets and gather information to assist in sourcing items.
• Fulfill work order requests from customers using approved vendors.
• Assist in receiving and organizing supply orders with barcoding.
• Operate delivery vehicle for pickups and drop-offs of items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and stock room.
• Address customer service concerns promptly.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Work in a Fleet shop environment with physical demands.

Requirements

• Parts knowledge in Fire, EMS, or related industries preferred.
• Able to source hard-to-find items using various methods.
• Comfortable working in a Fleet shop environment.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 60 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation.
