The Digital Category Experience Lead is responsible for growing the B2B digital business within NAPA North America, focusing on online merchandising and driving revenue through various eCommerce channels.

  • Experience with digital analytics tools.
  • Passion for user experience and design.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and negotiate.
