Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3 years of sales experience, or Associate's degree with 5 years in electrical industry sales.
• Experience in the Electric C&I Market is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Aptitude to train customers on multiple product lines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales opportunities effectively.
• Experience in a matrix environment or large organization.
• Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
