Overview

The Regional Vice President, Operations is responsible for the overall performance of Cinemark Theaters in assigned regions, leading theater operations, employee engagement, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a general manager with multi-unit experience.
• Experience in theater, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
