VP Corporate Development & Transformation - Remote

Overview

Build and lead our Strategy & Corporate Development Team and drive tangible impact by elevating our business development and corporate strategy to the next level. We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and experienced VP Corporate Development & Transformation (all genders) to spearhead the group’s strategic initiatives including non-organic transactional activities. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder CEO, you steer the company resource allocations while optimizing profitability across our diverse markets. You play a crucial role in establishing seamless collaboration throughout the whole organization with ownership for projects of highest importance.

• Utilize exceptional Excel modeling skills for financial analysis.
• Engage with C-Level and board as a strategic partner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior leader.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or related field.
• Experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Strong corporate development and transactional M&A background.
• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
• High business and tech acumen.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
