Requirements

• 9+ years in IT Business Systems and HR Technology roles.
• Experience with modern HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end system projects.
• Strong integration mindset and understanding of APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with HR and IT teams.
• Experience in multi-country HR systems environments.
