Program Management Lead, Product Go-to-Market - Remote

In Short

• Design and execute the system that takes a product from its inception and build to its launch and EOL, through a go-to-market lens.
• Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion.
• Drive inspire cross-functional teams to support all product roadmap deliverables and alert any risk, slip, or change to the plan.
• Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data-driven decisions for planning and optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product strategy, category management, GTM, product marketing, and/or hardware development.
• Specific experience: high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, program/project management.
• Comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Program Management experience (PMP certification preferred, not required).
• Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world.
