In Short

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Hardware and related roles.
• Recruit across roles such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, Systems Engineering, Materials Engineering and Sensing.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates for both functional excellence and product mindset.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Use data and storytelling to influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with People Operations partners for organizational design and talent acquisition.
• Ensure consistent communication and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in recruiting.
• Support critical hiring decisions that drive business forward.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Background recruiting in consumer technology companies.
• Strong understanding of hardware and firmware roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Consistent history of meeting hiring goals.
• Experience coaching hiring managers.
• Demonstrated passion and candidate-first approach.
