Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor, you will provide technical support and guidance to customers to help them maximize their Microsoft 365 subscriptions, particularly focusing on migrations.

• Provide technical support and advice to customers on Microsoft 365.

• Meet specific device and internet requirements for the role.
• Experience in advisory or technical implementation is preferred.
• Certifications such as MVP, MCT, MCSA, or MCSE are a plus.

Requirements

• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Expertise in handling Microsoft migrations.
• Technical drive and ability to motivate customers.
• Dedicated laptop or PC with specific requirements.
• Windows 11 Pro with latest updates and genuine product key.
• Minimum of 16GB RAM and Intel 8th generation processor.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
• Webcam and microphone/headset with noise cancellation required.
• Experience with RAVE is a plus but not required.
• No third-party antivirus software installed.
