Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor - Nurturing Migrations - Remote

Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Provide technical advisory and implementation support for M365 tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone.
• Assist customers with M365 web application and feature set.
• Ensure device and internet requirements are met for remote work.
• Demonstrate technical drive and relationship-building skills.
• Advisory or technical implementation experience is required.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Certifications like MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE are preferred.
• Experience with RAVE is a plus.
• Work in a remote environment with a Fortune 500 client.

Requirements

• Computer not joined to another company’s domain.
• Windows 10 Pro with latest updates.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended).
• Core i3 processor (i5 recommended).
• Minimum 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD recommended).
• LAN required; no WiFi connections.
• Minimum 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speed.
• No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
• Teams compliant media devices.
• Noise-canceling microphone/headset and webcam required.
