We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer to gather insights, detect bugs and feature improvements and create guidelines and readiness for new products.

Provide technical support and advice to customers.

Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and consultancy.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
Specialization in Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Office, One Drive for Business, or Identity Management Solutions.
Technical troubleshooting experience.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Device requirements include a dedicated computer and specific hardware specifications.
