Overview

In this role, you’ll provide technical solutions to customers who are in the (paid) Microsoft Business Assist support program and additionally provide technical advice to the same customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

  • Use troubleshooting knowledge and tools to fix customer issues.
  • Approach customers to understand their business needs.
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft 365 workloads and products.
  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems and security concerns.
  • Educate customers on Microsoft 365 best practices.
  • Help customers evaluate subscription benefits.
  • Advise on subscription plans and features.
  • Guide customers through upgrading subscriptions.
  • Document technical issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Completion of a recurring Identity Verification check (IDV).
  • Computer not joined to another company’s domain.
  • Preferred: Dedicated laptop or PC for the project.
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speed.
  • No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
  • Media devices that are Teams compliant.
  • Background check required for this contract.
