Overview

As an Italian Speaking M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for handling IT tickets related to the M365 web application, assisting customers with various requests, and ensuring effective case resolution.

In Short

  • Handle tickets via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document and follow up on cases.
  • Ensure escalated cases are being addressed.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and workshops.
  • Manage and troubleshoot M365 applications.
  • Deploy apps in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Italian.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work remotely with specific device requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members for case resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of DNS and ADFS.
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Teams and OneDrive.
  • Experience with DirectSyn (AD Connect).
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow through with customer concerns.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Willingness to participate in team activities.
