  • Providing solutions to IT tickets related to M365.
  • Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office M365.
  • Troubleshooting M365 issues for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
  • Handling various IT ticket requests.
  • Communicating daily working hours with the client.

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills; Level II or above technical support experience.
  • Experience with M365 troubleshooting tools.
  • Must have experience in an M365 Administrator role.
  • Expert experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
  • Expert experience with Azure Active Directory and networking.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Experience with DirectSyn (AD Connect) setup and configuration.
  • Experience with DNS setup.
  • Knowledge of ADFS.
  • Ability to deploy apps to the M365 environment.
