In Short

  • Handle tickets through phone, emails, and chat related to M365 applications.
  • Take new cases and follow up on all active cases.
  • Document cases and ensure escalated cases are getting traction.
  • Check mailbox for updates and previous cases.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Team Lead.
  • Participate in workshops and Q&A sessions.
  • Update all trackers requested by Team Leads.
  • Work on various IT ticket needs related to M365.

Requirements

  • Highly innovative and solution-oriented.
  • Experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
  • Managing and troubleshooting Skype for Business, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with AD Connect setup and configuration.
  • Knowledge of DNS and ADFS.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Ability to deploy apps in Microsoft 365 environment.
  • High level of English fluency and professionalism.
