Overview

An opportunity for an Italian Speaking M365 Administrator to provide solutions to Microsoft 365 related tickets while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

In Short

  • Provide solutions to IT tickets via emails, chat, and phone calls.
  • Administer, support, and configure MS Office M365 for clients.
  • Troubleshoot M365 related issues for various products.
  • Communicate daily working hours with the client.
  • Must have Level II or above technical support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 troubleshooting tools is required.
  • Expertise in Exchange Online and SharePoint Online is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell and DNS setup is preferred.
  • Excellent Italian speaking and chat skills are required.
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week is preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in an M365 Administrator role.
  • Ability to deploy apps to the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong command of the Italian language.
  • Experience communicating through various channels.
