Overview

In this role, you will provide technical support and guidance to customers using Microsoft 365 products, helping them to resolve issues and optimize their use of the platform.

• Use troubleshooting knowledge to fix customer issues.
• Understand customer business needs to enhance Microsoft 365 usage.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft 365 subscriptions and workloads.
• Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Educate customers on best practices for Microsoft 365.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 enhancements.
• Assist customers in upgrading from trial to permanent subscriptions.
• Fluency in French is required.

Requirements

• Fluency in French.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Ability to meet specific device and security requirements.
