German Speaking M365 Business Advisor - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll provide technical solutions to customers who are in the (paid) Microsoft Business Assist support program and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Provide technical solutions to customers in the Microsoft Business Assist support program.
• Use troubleshooting knowledge and tools to fix customer issues.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems and security concerns.
• Guide customers in evaluating subscription plans and features.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration or technical support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 updates.

Requirements

• Fluent in German.
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Office, or One Drive For Business.
• Required to complete a recurring Identity Verification check (IDV).
• Dedicated computer setup for project requirements.
• Minimum 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
• Background check required for this contract.
