Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
• Respond to technical advisory and implementation questions.
• Handle requests via chats and phone calls.
• Assist customers with M365 web application and features.
• Utilize troubleshooting knowledge to resolve customer issues.

• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Certifications like MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs preferred.

Requirements

• Advisory or technical implementation experience.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred.
• RAVE experience is a plus.
• Dedicated laptop or PC with specific requirements.
• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro compatible.
• Minimum of 16GB RAM and specific processor requirements.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps required.
• Webcam and microphone with noise cancellation required.
• Prefer dual monitors for better productivity.
