Our client empowers every person and organization to achieve more and to continue that mission they need a self-driven Remote German-speaking Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor to work between 9 pm and 5 am UTC.

In Short

• Actively engage with customers to understand their business objectives.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Assist customers in evaluating the potential benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription.
• Advise on different subscription plans and features.
• Guide customers through new subscriptions or enhancing existing ones.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers.
• Ensure a high level of customer success.
• Work remotely with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong consultative and chat communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE.
• RAVE experience (a plus but not required).
