Overview

As a French Speaking M365 Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and guidance to customers using Microsoft 365 products, helping them enhance their productivity and resolve technical issues.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat for Microsoft 365 products.
• Assist customers in using Microsoft 365 workloads and products effectively.
• Educate customers on best practices for improving productivity.
• Help customers evaluate and choose the right subscription plans.
• Troubleshoot connectivity problems and application errors.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 changes and communicate them to customers.
• Guide customers through upgrading from trial to permanent subscriptions.
• Fluency in French is required.

Requirements

• Fluent in French.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration or support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Experience in one or more areas: consultancy, deployment, migration.
• Ability to work from 7 pm to 3 am UTC.
• Compliance with security requirements for remote work.
• Technical equipment meeting specified requirements.
• Background check required.
