Dutch M365 Administrator - Remote

Overview

An opportunity for a Dutch Speaking M365 Administrator to provide solutions to O365 related tickets while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

In Short

• Provide solutions to IT tickets via various communication channels.
• Administer, support, and configure MS Office M365 for clients.
• Troubleshoot M365 related issues including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Handle requests related to M365 web application and domain management.
• Communicate daily working hours with the client.

Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with Level II or above technical support experience.
• Experience with M365 troubleshooting tools.
• Must have experience in an M365 Administrator role.
• Expertise in Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Expertise in Azure Active Directory and networking.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell.
• Experience with Skype for Business Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with DirectSyn (AD Connect) setup and configuration.
• Experience with DNS setup.
• Knowledge of ADFS.
• Ability to deploy apps to the M365 environment.
• Ability to build team competency to meet customer requirements.
