Overview

The Document Processor is a vital part of the enrollment team, responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of student enrollment documentation and records. In this role, you will verify and process applications, maintain compliance with state and school regulations, and securely manage sensitive information. Success requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet productivity and quality standards consistently. By supporting the enrollment process and collaborating with internal teams, you will help create a seamless and compliant experience for students and families.

In Short

  • Process and verify enrollment applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and update student accounts and records.
  • Enter student information into designated record systems.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive student records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Escalation Team.
  • Provide timely status updates to supervisors.
  • Participate in team huddles and virtual training sessions.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility for weekend shifts and overtime.
  • Perform clerical tasks and provide administrative support.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in student records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of clerical / administrative experience.
