Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer to gather insights, detect bugs and feature improvements and create guidelines and readiness for new products.

In Short

• Provide technical support and advice to customers.

• Work with Microsoft 365 products and services.

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, consultancy, deployment, migration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Active listening and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Device requirements as specified in the job description.
