Overview

This is a phone-first position focused on handling inbound client calls for US-based customers while providing administrative and QuickBooks support.

In Short

  • Handle inbound client calls in clear, professional English.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks: invoices, AR/AP, reconciliations, basic reporting.
  • General admin: email management, scheduling, client follow-ups, document organization.
  • Support onboarding/training for new accounts and communicate status to the US-based team.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up items in our project tool.
  • Must be available during US Pacific Time hours.
  • Part-time position with potential for full-time transition.
  • Training and close support provided.
  • Positive attitude and enjoyment in client interaction is essential.
  • Spanish language skills are a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
  • Ability to work part-time hours initially with the possibility of full-time.
  • Experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
