Overview

The Recruiting and Travel Therapy Coordinator is responsible for administrative support of the recruiting and travel therapy teams, providing assistance to the Travel Therapy Manager and recruiting leadership while maintaining confidentiality and a positive work environment.

In Short

  • Supports Travel Therapy Manager with management of National Travel Team and Contract Labor.
  • Responsible for scheduling of National Travelers.
  • Maintains accurate travel team roster and schedule.
  • Assists with reports and administrative tasks.
  • Responds timely to emails and phone calls.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Models positive behavior and maintains workflow.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Attends recruiting events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with managing associate schedules preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess knowledge of company mission and values.
  • Demonstrate effective follow-through on organizational goals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
