Manager, HR Technology - Remote

Overview

As a Manager of HR Technology at Upstart, you will be responsible for configuration, maintenance and enhancement of Workday HCM, specifically for all areas touching Payroll, Time & Absence, as well as Report Writing, Performance & Talent, Security, and Integrations.

In Short

• Support Upstart’s multi-year people process and technology roadmap.
• Drive both the strategic process and tactical delivery for new initiatives.
• Implement solutions for accurate and secure data management.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance processes and prioritize projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Excellent Workday Reporting skills.
• Understanding of Workday security and SOX compliance.
