Project Manager – HR Technology - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will lead complex HR Technology & Transformation initiatives within the Hitachi Group, focusing on Workday global implementations and related HR TECHNOLOGY programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday and HR Transformation projects.
• Establish project governance and ensure adherence to methodologies.
• Define, monitor, and report project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and scope.

• Provide regular executive-level reporting and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in HR TECHNOLOGY.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and Workday methodology.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale HR TECHNOLOGY implementations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization with distributed teams.
• Project Management Certification is preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation and HR process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
