Talent Acquisition Executive - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Latam-based Talent Acquisition Executive to join our international team and help us find the best tech talent in LATAM.

In Short

• Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers on job advertisements and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Builds a pipeline of available talent to meet staffing goals.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview materials.
• Conducts interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborates during the offer process, recommending salary ranges and start dates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years managing the recruitment and hiring process is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
