In Short

• Analyze customer behavior to create relevant user offers.
• Manage customer base at segment and top behavioral group levels.
• Develop and control retention campaigns according to company goals and KPIs.
• Implement personalized offers for clients.
• Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses and evaluate results.
• Develop and implement a retention activity calendar.
• Analyze and optimize the retention funnel.
• Implement customer retention projects.
• Work with research and analytics results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the gambling industry.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Customer.io, Smart Sender, etc.).
• Experience with email design platform Stripo.
• Data analysis skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to organize work effectively and manage tasks.
