In Short

• Part-time position for an ABA Medical Biller.
• Responsible for handling billing, claims, and insurance payments.
• Post charges and submit claims electronically.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing billing activity.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and manage denials.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and correct errors.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
• Work independently in a remote capacity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of ABA billing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
• Prior Authorization experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Familiarity with Aloha practice management software.
